My Full-Service Plan
My full-service listing package includes professional staging consultation, pre-listing inspection, professional photography, video tour, comprehensive digital and social media marketing campaigns, transaction coordination, and more. This is the plan most of my sellers choose — and the results speak for themselves.
Marketing-Only Plan
Includes the same level of marketing strategy and digital exposure as my full-service plan, but without the home preparation and staging services. This option makes sense for investment properties, tenanted homes, or sellers who prefer to handle their own preparation.
Commission is negotiable. I will never cut first-rate service to match a discount broker's fee. But I'll always have a conversation about what's fair for the work involved. I don't get paid until the job is done.
